AI Mentor Not Responding
Check status.mentorize.me for active incidents. Try refreshing the page or switching AI models. If the issue continues, clear your browser cache and restart.
Video Call Issues
Ensure your browser has camera and microphone permissions for chat.mentorize.me. Check that no other app is using your camera. Chrome and Firefox are recommended.
Payment Failed
Verify your card details are correct and that international transactions are enabled. Try an alternative payment method — we accept all major cards and PayPal.
File Upload Failing
Check your storage quota in Drive settings. Files must be under 2GB per upload. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, MP4, MP3, and most common file types.
